Arrivals

We ask that you arrive ~5 minutes prior to your appointment. If this is your first time we may ask you to fill out a consultation card. Please be aware that if you arrive late, the appointment time may have to be shortened in consideration of the next person.


Pregnancy/Health Conditions

Please inform us if you are pregnant as some of our products contain high quantities of essential oils. Please note Be Beautiful cannot perform certain treatments on women who are in their first trimester (12 weeks) of pregnancy. Please advise us of any health conditions and any medication you are taking. It is your responsibility to inform Be Beautiful of any changes to your pregnancy status or health conditions


Cancellations / no shows

With regret Be Beautiful has a cancellation policy, the details are as follows:

We ask all clients give 24 hours notice if a booked treatment is cancelled. If less than 24 hours notice is given and the treatment isn't re-booked within 7 days (subject to availability), 50% of the original treatment price will be charged.

We hope for your understanding, Be Beautiful is a small business and when time is booked out and clients do not turn up for booked appointments, this may mean others may have been turned away.


Online Bookings

Anyone is able to book an appointment on our online booking system. Not all treatments, packages and consultations are available to book online. A minimum of 15% deposit is required when making a booking online.

Deposits made at time of online booking are completely non-refundable.


Card payments

Card payments are accepted and will be transferred in conjunction with PayPal.

All major Debit/Credit cards are accepted with no additional charges.


Patch testing

All treatments that require a patch test, without exception, will comply with the standard patch testing requirements, either *24hrs/**48hrs prior to specified treatments. All patch testing is free of charge.

* tinting requires a patch test 24 hours prior to treatment.

** Eyelash extensions require a patch test 48 hours prior to treatment.


Monthly and regular offers

(Including ‘Refer a friend’ and loyalty cards).

Unless specified, no multiple offers can be used in conjunction with each other. If a loyalty card is applicable to a treatment stated in offer, the offer will not constitute towards a reward or stamp; this also includes the ‘refer a friend’ scheme. If offer consists of multiple treatments they must be taken as one appointment and by one individual, unless specified. Unless specified, treatments must be pre-booked. All offers, without exception, will comply with the standard patch testing requirements, either *24hrs/**48hrs prior to specified treatments. If applicable, only cheapest treatment will be free. Offers are for specified treatments only. Monthly offers are valid for the specified month only. Any offer can be withdrawn at any time, with little or no notice.
